Tanner Tremaine joined Majestic Realty Co. in 2021 and currently serves as a Development Associate in our Phoenix, AZ office. He is responsible for identifying and processing industrial development opportunities in Phoenix and other major markets throughout the Western United States.
Prior to Joining Majestic, Tanner was an associate at HFF/JLL where he specialized in investment sales and capital markets for industrial, office, and retail properties throughout Arizona and Southern California.
A graduate of the University of Southern California, he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the Marshall School of Business. Prior to USC, Tanner played collegiate golf for the University of St. Andrews in Scotland. Tanner is actively involved in various professional organizations such as NAIOP and ULI.
