Michael Perkins joined Majestic Realty Co. in 2011 and serves as Vice President, working in development and leasing on the West Coast. He also leads the company’s Venture Capital initiatives. He plays a crucial role in fair market value reporting and underwriting for portfolio transactions, directly contributing to strategic decision-making. His deep expertise across the Retail and Industrial sectors has been pivotal in driving Majestic’s growth and operational success.
Michael recently spearheaded a significant build-to-suit project for Amazon, developing a state-of-the-art logistics facility in Hillsboro, Oregon. Additionally, he managed the strategic rebranding efforts that enhanced Majestic’s corporate identity and market visibility. His proactive approach to development and asset management showcases his commitment to innovation and excellence in the real estate sector.
A graduate of Loyola Marymount University, Michael holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. He is a licensed real estate broker in California, a 2023 Crexi Platinum Broker, and an alumnus of the NAIOP Young Professionals Group (YPG) Class of 2019-2020, where he won a prestigious case study competition.
