Landmark at Otay Reaches Tilt-Up Milestone

Majestic Realty Co.’s and Sunroad Enterprises’ Landmark at Otay, a four-building industrial center totaling 845,830 square feet, has reached the concrete wall panel tilt-up and roof construction milestone for Phase 1 of the speculative project. Construction commenced in January 2021 and is slated for completion in September 2021.

Colliers’ Mark Lewkowitz, Chris Holder and Will Holder are handling leasing efforts for Landmark at Otay, with opportunities now available.
