AURORA, CO – Majestic Realty Co. today announced the addition of Michael Kapoor to its development team at the Majestic Commercenter. An attorney with experience across commercial real estate business and legal elements, Kapoor will serve as an ownership representative and help manage and grow the company’s portfolio at the 1,500-acre industrial park located at the intersection of I-70 and Tower Road in Aurora.
Kapoor joins Majestic from the Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck law firm. He will provide oversight on all aspects of the park’s development from proposals and lease agreements to entitlements and future development opportunities within what has been the City of Aurora’s largest industrial development over the past two decades.

The Majestic Commercenter is home to 50 companies and more than 3,000 employees. Since purchasing the park in 1995, Majestic Realty has invested more than a quarter of a billion dollars in the Aurora market through its buildings and land acquisitions, including its 2015 acquisition of an additional 500 acres directly adjacent to the original Commercenter park.
Most recently, Majestic completed construction of a 701,900-square-foot speculative building, nicknamed the “Big Bomber” which is immediately available and divisible to 150,000 square feet.
