Majestic Realty to Develop 1M-SF Spec Industrial Building in Union City

Majestic Realty Co. has announced plans to develop a 1.1 million-square-foot speculative industrial facility in Union City. The building, which will be delivered by June 2021, kicks off the development of Majestic Airport Center V, the fifth phase of Majestic’s 12 million-square-foot Southside portfolio in the I-85 South corridor.

The property is currently under construction, with a second speculative building at Majestic Airport Center V slated to kick off later this year. The building features 40-foot clear heights, as well as expandable auto and trailer parking. Its location at Stonewall Tell Road and South Fulton Parkway provides quick access to I-285.

“Since the late ‘90s, Majestic has consistently invested, developed and owned real estate in the Union City community, creating jobs and tax revenue for the area,” said Stan Conway, executive vice president at Majestic Realty. “By moving forward with this speculative project at this time, we are reinforcing our commitment to the submarket despite current uncertainties in the economy.”
