City of Industry, CA – Majestic Realty Co.’s board of directors has added the role of president to CEO Reon Roski’s title and responsibilities for the nation’s largest, privately-held development company. Roski, named CEO of Majestic Realty Co. in June 2022, is responsible for day-to-day operations and the continued growth of Majestic’s diverse, 90-million-squre-foot portfolio that includes industrial, office and retail space, as well as sports, entertainment and hospitality projects in key markets across the United States.
With more than 30-years of industry experience, Reon Roski has been a member of the company’s board of directors since 1997. She joined the company as senior counsel in 2007 and was named managing director later that year.
The daughter of Majestic’s Chairman of the Board, Ed Roski, Jr., she is the third generation of Roskis to help lead the company started by her grandfather, Edward P. Roski, Sr., in 1948. Under the skillful direction and tireless efforts of Ed Roski, Jr., who joined his father’s company in 1966, Majestic has grown to become an iconic name and highly-respected leader in the commercial real estate industry.

A graduate of the University of Southern California and Loyola Law School, Roski completed extensive studies abroad, including graduate school in China. Fluent in Mandarin, she worked for the Chinese government with respect to real estate matters.
In addition, Roski was named one of the “Women at the Top” by Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and one of Bisnow’s LA Power Women. She is a member of YPO, Chief Executives Organization and The Real Estate Roundtable. She serves on the Board of Directors for Exposition Park and the California Science Center. She is a member of the Board of Leaders for the USC Marshall School of Business, the Board of Directors of the Lusk Center for Real Estate at USC, and the Keck Medicine of USC Board of Councilors. Roski also serves on the Board of Directors at Loyola High School and the Board of Directors for Operation Walk.
