Colliers International secures Vidal Corporation for five-year lease of 31,360-square foot industrial building

SAN DIEGO – Jan. 11, 2021 – Colliers International San Diego Region announces that Vidal Corporation, a cross-border logistics company, has signed a five-year lease for a 31,360-square foot, brand-new industrial building in the Majestic Sunroad Center. The property is located in San Diego’s Otay Mesa area at 8175 Andrews Ave, San Diego, CA. Mark Lewkowitz, Chris Holder and Will Holder of Colliers International San Diego Region represented Vidal Corporation and the landlord Majestic Realty Co.

“Majestic Sunroad Center is the first and best new industrial development to arrive in Otay Mesa in the last five years. It’s located just two miles from the Otay Mesa border crossing, 15 miles from the Naval station and 19 miles from Downtown San Diego,” said Lewkowitz. “With freeway frontage, nine dock high doors, great access and state-of-the-art construction, this property is an ideal new home for Vidal Corporation in Otay Mesa.”

Majestic Sunroad Center, a joint venture between Majestic Realty Co. and Sunroad Enterprises, includes three buildings ranging in size from 31,360-154,308 square feet each and totaling 227,268 square feet. Construction of Majestic Sunroad Center was completed in late 2020.
