Just South of Grand Crossing is a 290-Acre master planned business center. It’s third state of the art Class-A industrial building was recently completed in 2021 at 627,480 SF and comes with abundant trailer storage, ample loading docks, and excellent freeway access to the Pomona (60) and Orange (57) freeways – the park also has immediate access to a Metrolink passenger station.
A fourth building is currently under construction and will be 1,000,720 SF with an estimated completion date of Q3 2023. Three additional buildings of 240,500 SF, 606,480 SF and 694,400 will begin construction in June 2022. We will be providing more news about them soon.
