Chad Headlee joined Commerce Construction Co., L.P. in 2024 and currently serves as Vice President, overseeing all operations in Aurora, CO. With over 20 years of experience, Chad provides leadership and direction for various light industrial developments.
Previously, Chad worked as Vice President for a large contractor, where he played a key role in opening and developing their Denver office. His expertise spans multi-phased, build-to-suit, and speculative warehouse projects, as well as design-build projects. Additionally, Chad has experience in several asset classes, including high-rise office, aerospace, tenant improvements, and manufacturing.
Chad earned a Bachelor of Construction Management from Wayne State College in Nebraska.
