Craig Cavileer joined Majestic in 1993 and currently serves as Executive Vice President at Majestic, CEO of the Silverton Casino Hotel in Las Vegas and managing partner of the Stockyards Heritage Development Co., the master developer and operator of the Fort Worth Stockyards, Hotel Drover, Stockyards Hotel and Cowtown Coliseum and senior partner for the Majestic Fort Worth office.
With more than three decades of multidisciplinary experience, Craig delivers a rare depth and breadth of work in high profile, highly successful mixed-use and hospitality developments. Over the course of his career, he has directed the more than $900 million in developments including lifestyle shopping centers, restaurants, hotels, entertainment projects and casinos. Most recently, Craig led the $200m multi-phase revitalization of the Fort Worth Stockyards including the adaptive reuse of Mule Alley and development of the award winning Hotel Drover, a Marriott Autograph Collection Hotel that opened in 2021. The recent acquisition of the Stockyards Hotel and H3 restaurant is next up for remodel and repositioning.
A 4th generation Texan with a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Texas State University, Craig is also an active community leader serving as Nevada Ballet Theatre Treasurer, UNLV Foundation Trustee, board member of the Nellis AFB Support Team, U.S. Air Force Honorary Commander serving the 820th Red Horse Squadron, and board member of the Nevada Resort Association. In addition, he is a frequent speaker for Urban Land Institute, G2E, Bisnow and ICSC.
