Jennifer M. Rowe joined Majestic Management Co. in 1991 and currently serves as Vice President and Regional Manager. Jennifer supervises the property management of approximately 11-million-square-feet of industrial properties in the San Gabriel Valley and the mid-cities area, as well as approximately 1.2-million-square-feet of retail properties servicing California. In addition, she personally manages approximately 10-million-square-feet of Industrial properties in the City of Industry, where her duties include tenant relations, supervision of repairs and maintenance of physical improvements, rent collection, lease administration and budgeting.
Jennifer is a graduate of California’s University of La Verne with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She holds the designation of RPA (Real Property Administrator).
