John W. Hunter joined Majestic Realty Co. in 1996. As Senior Vice President/Director of Development for the company, John is responsible for all acquisition and development activities of Majestic Realty Retail, a division of Majestic Realty Co.
As a development partner, John brings more than 40 years and 7.5 million square feet of retail/industrial land acquisition and development experience to Majestic. Prior to joining the company, he served as President and Managing Partner of Watt/Hunter Development Co., one of Southern California’s premier shopping center development companies.
John earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Real Estate from the University of Southern California. A strong industry leader and community volunteer, John is a long standing member of ICSC, and an active board member for Big Brothers Big Sisters.
