Melissa Nieto joined Majestic Realty Co. in 2022 and currently serves as a Closing Manager in Capital Markets. She has shared responsibility for coordinating the loan closings of Majestic’s extensive real estate portfolio. In addition, she facilitates the escrow closings for all real estate acquisition and disposition transactions.
Prior to joining Majestic, she spent more than 15 years in the real estate and mortgage industry. Most recently working as a Transaction Coordinator with Crown Realty and Development Inc. in Costa Mesa, California.
Melissa earned her associate in arts Degree in Psychology from Cerritos College.
